Machine Features:

T-Power Pre-stretch:

Features adjustable pre-stretch up to 300%.

Pre-Stretch Rollers:

Our pre-stretch rollers will last a lifetime if maintained, they’re 100% guaranteed for 3 years.

Safety door:

With built in E-Stop, the film carriage door must be latched before the rollers will engage. Opening the film carriage door will automatically E-STOP the machine.

Photo-eyes:

Photo-eyes are enclosed for their protection. Features auto height sensing that works with black and opaque films. Timer delays are used to apply and secure top sheets and may be adjusted to allow for overwrap. Dual photo-eyes are included to allow for an additional turntable.

E-STOP:

The main E-STOP button is on the control panel located on the right side of the machine.

Foot Safety:

A switch-plate E-STOP is located on the bottom of the film carriage for operator safety. The E-STOP foot safety switch-plate is easily accessible from the front and left side of the machine. A keyed ignition switch used to lock the power off is located on the main control panel.

Film Puncture Cutter:

The Puncture Cutter detaches film without using dangerous blades or hot wires. The puncture device is enclosed, it engages automatically at the end of the wrap cycle and retracts automatically for operator safety.

Carriage Limit Switches:

In the event a photo-eye should fail, there are two adjustable limit switches, one on top and one on bottom. These may be set to a desired height. For example, set the bottom limit switch to allow the carriage to wrap down below the deck boards of the pallet or just above the deck boards, and set the top limit switch to accommodate the tallest pallet being wrapped.
